Instructor's description:

The Pharmaceutical Care Certificate Program (PCCP) is designed to educate and train pharmacists to successfully implement pharmaceutical care into a practice setting. This program involves both didactic and practical training through video lectures, quizzes, and written exercises. Upon completion of the PCCP, each participant will receive certification of completion and CE contact hours.
